I love the analogy. We definitely need more Charlie Buckets. I feel the Willy Wonka character factors in greatly here, we are not lacking Charlie Buckets, we are lacking someone to reveal them.

I agree we need more Charlie Buckets everywhere. Too many spoiled ‘entitled’ attidudes out there.

Great Post Derek! Fun to read and an interesting take on personalities. So true… We do need more Charlie Buckets. The question is “How do we encourage others to behave like Charlie so we all get along?” How about WWCD?
