So why not replicate Gangplank Chandler to expand the number of places this happen? Like North Phoenix or something…

Serendipity also requires density. Metro Phoenix is already too sparse. I could see something similar in each major city Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Glendale, Gilbert, etc but right now it would dilute the talent base too much and momentum would be lost.
We do have a location in Salt Lake City, UT and have considered a space in Atlanta, GA. Still figuring all that stuff out.
