What strategies would be most effective to fight neighborhood blight?
Anything that helps create community and get residents to have pride in their neighborhood is a good start. Take empty lots and convert them to pocket parks or urban gardens for neighbors to gather. Have businesses sponsor clean up days/programs to help remove blight in areas that residents can’t afford to remove it themselves.
