What message, if any, is the governor sending by the number and/or content of bills she has vetoed?
Brewer seems to be understanding the kookocracy is damaging the states reputation and economy. While she generally will tow the party line she has drawn a line in the sand that if legislation is too far out there (birther bill) or poorly written on a hot topic (guns on college campus bill) that she will not ink her name to them. This is a reasonable start.
